Recipe:
2 ripe mangos diced small
1 small green apple diced
1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
1/4 cup of chopped mint
1/2 small red onion diced
1/2 red bell pepper diced
1 serrano chili (seeded)
2 T. rice wine vinegar
1 T. fresh lime juice
2 cloves of garlic diced finely.
1/2 t. of salt to taste
